Day 22 - The Reason You Started Using Tumblr and The Reason For Your Tumblr Name
The Reason I Started Tumblr:
I started writing in my Xanga on October 29, 2003, back in freshman year of high school. The way I started writing at first was simple. I documented EVERYTHING about my day. What I did, who I talked to. I also used hella smiley faces and emoticons. Anyway, though there were some dry patches, I wrote in it continuously until around the end of my second year at UCLA. That’s when I decided, I needed to retire it and move on.
So I made a tumblr. Some of my friends already had one, so I thought it would be a good choice. It was. So yeah. Been on tumblr since June 2009.
The Reason for my Tumblr Name:
Nothing too crazy. It’s the same as my AIM screen name.. My name is Alvin so I just made a play on the whole “in” part of it. The Alv is in as opposed to out. Yeah, yeah. I might change it eventually.
